4th Quarter Book Report Info.

We have begun using class time to work on this project.  I am walking the kids through this process.  If possible, please provide them with a USB or Flashdrive so they can save their work more successfully as our school computers are not always the most reliable.  If you wish to check on their progress at home, the requirements are listed below.

Your slide show must contain exactly 12 slides and cover the following items:

1.       Title, author, and date of publication of the book

2.       Why the student selected the book

3.       Main characters and a brief description of each

4.       Setting

5.       Plot  (3 parts)

6.       Recommendation to Others

The three parts of plot include an introduction (beginning), climax (most intense or exciting part of the book), and the resolution (ending).  Students can arrange their 12 slides in any order as long as they include all of the information.  Pictures are acceptable as well, as long as they are not overwhelming.  The information is what is important.  I hope they enjoy this project and can be creative.
